This is the BEST lip plumper, ever! I have tried a variety of lip-plumping glosses from low end to high end brands and this is definitely my favorite. It makes your lips ultra shiny, smooth, and fuller. It is long-lasting, and looks great over lipstick. I think I paid around $18 for it, but worth every penny! A little dab, goes a long way, so it should last a while.
