For a dollar, I've never seen eyeliner work SO WELL!!! This is seriously the best of the best of drug store eyeliner!! They have like 9 colors on their website. The eyeliner looks just like Mac's eyeliner, so it's hard to tell the difference.
When they say waterproof, they mean it. I had to scrub like crazy to get it off my eyes after I was out sweating from dancing all night at a party.
The only caution I would have about this product is that you shouldn't push too hard on the top of the pen, it doesn't stay pointy if you do that. Oh yeah, and the cap is a smidgen tough to get back on, so make sure you get it back on...wouldn't want your eyeliner drying out on you! Other than, I can't rave enough about his product.
Plus Target carries a whole bunch of their stuff. Most everything is 5 dollars or less, and let's face it...in this economy looking great shouldn't coast an arm and a leg!

This for sure IS NOT the product for you, but if you have fairly long and not thinning eye lashes, this will be a perfect everyday go to product.
As far as the waterproof part, I've heard some people saying it isn't waterproof. I have been using the product almost daily for 6 months and haven't had a problem with running or it not being waterproof.
Overall I would recommend it to someone for everyday wear, or for someone who enjoys a natural look. Great product!
