As a professional chef I will be reviewing this knife. It has a great handle with balance, very nice weight, And it’s very comfortable in my hand., however, I was disappointed with the durability. The blade did not hold its sharpness by the time I was halfway through the second strip loin , and needed to be sharpened. For the home cook who is not going to be cutting numerous pieces of meat is a fantastic knife. Knife appears to be of good quality but not quite professional quality    -
