The first few times I used the dry shampoo I wasn't that impressed with it as I didn't feel like it made a difference.
Then I read (don't remember where) that Dry Shampoo works best if you use it before bed. So the last time I used it I used it just before bed. I made sure to follow the directions, I shook it well and shook it a bit while using it. After spraying I let it sit for a moment and then massaged it in and then gave it a good brush and was brushing up from the root. When I got up the next morning I ran the comb through my hair and was impressed with the state of it. I didn't look greasy and I didn't feel like it had product in it.

I love Triscuit crackers and they are often on sale at either the drug store or grocery store. I'm not the biggest fan of Tomato, so I don't eat this flavor on its own; I make pizza with it. I put the crackers together on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cheese, bacon and peppers stick it in the oven till cheese melts - One of my favorite snacks. -

When my favourite cat litter was discontinued I went on the hunt for a new one and came across ökocat litter. They make a few different types and while it works great I won't buy this one again.
This litter is free from chemicals, dyes and other synthetic and is made from naturally fallen timber or unused lumber materials that would otherwise go to waste.
What I like:
- One 7lb box probably would have lasted me a month, I have two cats, so will last longer for one cat, but I stopped using it (see What I didn't like for why)
- Price $11 at my pet store Global Pets
- Light weight, very light weight, no more struggling to carry the litter home
- 100% biodegradable and is flushable
- Traps odors better than any other litter I've ever tried
- Clumps wonderfully
What I don't like:
The tracking. This litter is very very fine and I was finding it all over the apartment, and not just a little bit. Everywhere the cats go there it was, even the bed. It was like someone had thrown sand all around the place.
Conclusion: While this litter worked really well, is a great price and lasts I will never use it again because of the tracking.

When my favourite cat litter was discontinued I went on the hunt for a new one and came across ökocat litter. They make a few different types and this one is definitely my favourite. This litter is free from chemicals, dyes and other synthetic and is made from naturally fallen timber or unused lumber materials that would otherwise go to waste.
What I like:
- One 9lb box lasted me a month (I have two cats, so will last longer for one cat)
- Price $11 at my pet store Global Pets
- Light weight, no more struggling to carry the litter home
- 100% biodegradable and is flushable
- Traps odors better than any other litter I've ever tried
- Very little tracking, as with every littler I have tried there is tracking but a lot less than other litters.
What I don't like:
There is nothing I don't like about this litter.
Conclusion: This is the brand of littler I will be sticking with and they do have another type that I don't mind should the store be out of this one. The wood chips are bigger than most cat litters so I did buy a scoop with larger holes and it works great. I have been recommending this brand to everyone I know who was not happy that Purina Maxx is no longer made.

When my favourite cat litter was discontinued I went on the hunt for a new one and came across ökocat litter. They make a few different types and while this one is not my favorite of them, it is still amazing. This litter is free from chemicals, dyes and other synthetic and is made from naturally fallen timber or unused lumber materials that would otherwise go to waste.
What I like:
- One box lasted me a month (I have two cats, so will last longer for one cat)
- Light weight, no more struggling to carry the litter home
- 100% biodegradable and is flushable
- Traps odors better than any other litter I've ever tried
- Very little tracking, this litter is made up of pellets so the few that make it out of the bathroom are easy to suck up with the vacuum or just pickup
What I don't like:
As the pellets are larger than most cat litters so it doesn't work with the litter scoop I have. I did find one with bigger holes but it still doesn't work totally great.
Conclusion: If the store doesn't have my favourite one, clumping wood, I would totally get it. This is probably also the best one if you have a long haired cat.

I was very happy with this shadow the first time I used it. I had Flamingo and Electric Purple and I loved the colours. With this shadow you can use a little for a light colour or keep adding on top for a brighter bolder colour; it also blended well with other brands It lasted longer than other shadows I have used. Unfortunately after using the shadow for a week my eyelid got sore and puffy. I quit using the shadow for a few weeks and then tried it again and the next day my eyelid was all puffy. While the shadow has many pluses I wouldn't recommend this brand if you have sensitive skin. -

Micellar cleansing water seems to be all the rage today, so I thought I would give it a try. Simple Micellar Cleansing Water is now one of my favourite products. I have replaced using facial wipes with this product for those nights I just want to quickly clean my face without going through my whole cleansing routine. I really like that I can use this Micellar Cleansing Water and not need to apply moisturizer after, it is rare to find a product like that. -

I love that it has an SPF, I walk to work in the mornings and like that I don't have to put sun screen on first thing in the morning. My favourite thing about the moisturizer is that I can't smell it when I am wearing it, I don't like when my products have scent. -

I spent my life going from brand to brand as I was never fully happy with the products I was using on my face. Then I recently tired the Simple Kind To Skin Cleansing Facial Wipes. I liked the wipes and decided to try more of the Simple Kind line and I am so glad I did. The Simple Kind To Skin Moisturizing Facial Wash is very gentle on my skin, it leaves my face feeling clean and fresh and not dry and tight. Best of all my skin is feeling smother and I have a lot less redness. -
