My newborn had was born with a floppy airway and he had to have ultra preemie nipples because everything else was so fast flowing that he aspirated it. I love that the dr browns bottles have so many different levels of nipples to choose from so we were able to just use the ultra preemie ones and move up from there. These are also great bottles for avoiding gas problems i loved them -

This pump is quiet portable and you can use it as a double or a single. It even has a nightlight for pumping at night. I would deff recommend -

At first i was amazed when it started hatching but before long i had to help it hatch itself and my kid only found interest in it for a couple days. It advanced in levels too fast and it also drains batteries super quickly.
