The PowerBar Protein Plus Lemon Poppy Seed reduced sugar bar is a great pick-me-up to enjoy with an afternoon cup of tea! This bar really tastes like a slice of lemon poppy-seed loaf (with icing!) and contains only 3g of sugar!! As much as I love to eat healthy, I certainly enjoy dessert now and then. With this product, I feel like I am getting the best of both worlds - 20g of protein, 5g of fibre and 3g of sugar - for the healthier aspect combined with the taste of dessert. Perfection if you ask me! -
