This is a pricey brand. I've been trying different brands of spot lighteners to no avail. I thought this was a more trusted brand to "reverse" the appearance of sun spots, but it didn't work for me. I've been using this serum for 6 weeks daily and it does nothing, doesn't lighten them at all, doesn't make any go away. The serum itself looks and smells like white school glue, which I wouldn't mind if it lightened spots. The package says "reduces the appearance of brown spots", but even with applying it daily to my entire face & spot dabbing it directly onto spots with a q-tip I had no change. I know it's a serum, but it shouldn't say it reduces spots if it doesn't. False claims by this product. -

I've been using the Flawless Finish cream concealer in the sponge-on solid form and love it way more than spot concealers I've used in the past. I like to dab this one on with a fingertip on dark spots and especially the dark circles under the eyes. It gives a good thick coverage in one application (I hate concealers than go transparent). This stays in place even when I apply liquid foundation overtop. I'm using the Vanilla Shell shade which even though I'm tan it blends great and lightens up the undereyes perfectly. -

This is now my #1 dry shampoo. I found it amazingly long lasting. I only had to spray my hair in the morning and it was perfect throughout the whole day. But the great part is that I could literally use it every morning for a week and never wash my hair so that's how much it really works. I would recommend it for anyone travelling/camping or other scenarios where you just can't wash your hair. I'm brunette and didn't have any white or product residue, I do brush it through. It's like magic where I wake up with oily roots and then poof, all gone. (I got this product for free to test out, was definitely the top one) -

I used this mostly as a night cream after I removed my makeup. It's a clearish gel that absorbs fast and completely without leaving behind any product. I've used a lot of face products that after absorbed create "slough" when I touch my face, but this one didn't do that at all. It provided just enough moisturization after I cleansed that I didn't have any dry skin, but also didn't have a shiny/oily face. It's scentless. -

I thought this Neutrogena Hydro Boost SPF 50 was an effective BODY sunscreen that had no downsides. It absorbs fast and doesn't leave behind any streaks even though it's tinted a white palest blue (it says "water gel" but it's not transparent). It is a scent that I really enjoy but it's hard to describe: I'd say it's lilac with a faint undertone of bubblegum (I'm sure that's not correct but it's lovely and light). It doesn't give that super shine oil look that other spfs do, this leaves a faint moisturized reflection that looks natural but is not matte. It leaves skin feeling soft and smooth to the touch. The only negative thing I found with it is that it didn't work well for my face. After it absorbed and I would apply makeup the SPF began to slough off. I think it doesn't work well with products underneath it, and I use a base serum everyday. I experimented with using 2 different brands and types of day serum underneath and both had the same sloughing off of product after the spf dried. It was an unattractive slough that looked like large amounts of dead skin that I had to brush off with a dry cloth and made me wonder if the spf was no longer on my face. With that said, the packaging doesn't market it as a facial product. So overall I would say it's a great and fresh scented body spf and I love the fact that it's a high number at spf 50 so it is good value. I wouldn't recommend it for a face spf, but I do recommend it for a body spf that has a grown up chic scent. #GotitFree with ChickAdvisor Product Review Club -

This worked great with my hairstyle. I have short hair now so I wear it down everyday, but it still needs to be styled and de-frizzed in the morning. This spray was perfect for flattening out the frizz on my part-line (I like to spray it and press down with my palms for 30 seconds). I also use it all over and then brush through to get rid of morning hair. After brushing it through I can see that it definitely smooths everything out, gets rid of frizz, and makes my hairstyle look more put-together. One day (for testing purposes) I over-sprayed the heck out of it and still my hair was brushable and soft through the fingers.
It doesn't make hair crunchy ever. It doesn't leave dried glue like particles, powder, or flakes. There's no residue or build-up even over multiple days of use (I wash my hair twice a week at most). You can spray and brush through again and again throughout the day. It's very lightly perfumed, but I don't think noticeable when dry. It does say to SHAKE it before use, so I shake it throughout which is different than most other sprays. I would 100% recommend to the ladies that wear their hair down (I can't tie my hair up with my bob). #GotitFree from ChickAdvisor Product Review Club

I'm using the hot pink shade Passion Fruit on my toes and I'm impressed. It's great for being a one coat only polish. And it's thick/dark enough to cover over any of the remnants of the last colour that I'm too lazy to remove completely. The container top that screws off is ruberized so when the polish dries messily in the screw part, it gives you the grip to untwist it. It dries really quick and isn't tacky, and didn't need a top coat of gloss either, and it's staying on and not chipping. -

I got this in the brunette shade just for my roots in between colouring my hair. I have 10% straggly greys and those are what show up most in my root line... but this mousse dye doesn't dye those so it's completely useless for me. I leave dyes in longer than recommended (40-50 mins) and still it didn't touch the grey. We're not all teenagers dying our hair just to change the colour, I only do it to hide the greys. It's too bad b/c I loved this formula; the white foam dispenses easily and it's easy and mess free to massage into scalp. LOVE that I can use any size amount and still have the rest of the can so if I was just doing root line and around the face this would last a long time. Too bad it doesn't cover the grey, b/c it colour-matched perfectly too -

Does nothing. The first step is a leave in (like you do with dye)... but omg the gel smells like rotten eggs. After washing that out you apply a leave in cream and blowdry. My hair really had no noticeable difference, definitely not shiny like the package. The leave in cream has it feeling a little thick with product, a tad greasy. But the worst thing is now every room I was in smells like sulfurous rotton eggs, and it's been an hour since washing out. Don't use if you have roommates or are having people over. I've put in a plug in air freshener to air out the place, if it wasn't winter I could open windows. Waste of money. -

I'll admit that I'm not quite sure the difference between liquid foundation, BB, and CC creams but I started using this CC cream in place of my liquid foundation. Perhaps it's meant in addition to it which would give more coverage to hide sun spots. I found this formula was thick enough and had enough pigment that I didn't want to add too many other products on top. I finish it with a light powder, and the 2 combined make my face even and presentable with no oiliness. B/c of the saturation of it it doesn't take much product to go around the face, and needs a lot of blending... even though it doesn't cover those sun spots. Overall I feel it's basically exactly like other liquid foundations and isn't superior to any. It does have good qualities like spf and being matte, but so do most others nowadays. -
