Almay Propel/Repel Eyeliner
I got this in the color 207 brown just so it wasn't as dramatic as a black one. I do like the product, however it is hard to put on if its going on your upper eyelid. Also breaks easily because it is a twist type.

I got this in the color starlit black and it goes on soooooo good! since it is a twist cap to apply its much more safe because I know a pencil shaving will not puncture my eye. it also has sparkles in it which I LOVEE! i would recommend this... +

I like this product even more then some of my expensive eyeliners. It goes on really smooth and doesn't tug on your eyelid. very pigmented as well.
