My experience with creamy blush hasn't been good in the past, so I was hesitant about using this product. However, I was very pleasantly surprised at how well it works. I am very pale and blush is a must-use in my daily routine and this stick measures up. Don't be alarmed that it goes on very deep and bright, once you blend it with your fingers, it look fantastic! I find it lasts a long time on my skin too. I will definitely keep using this blush!

I usually use a liquid-to-powder foundation so I was a bit hesitant to use the mineral powder as my only foundation. I feel that at 40, I need pretty good coverage and I worry about powder settling in to my fine lines.
But, I threw caution to the wind and gave the mineral powder a try and WOW - was I impressed! It goes on so well and you really don't' need much. It provides excellent coverage and gives my skin a lovely, even, matte look. The first few times I would powder half of my face and leave the other half bare to see what kind of coverage I got and to make sure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me. Seriously, this stuff is good! I'm sold on this one. I also will use it to lightly dust over my make up after I'm finished to set it. I love this powder and will continue to use it!

I LOVE THIS MASCARA!!!! For me, it is all about the brush and this one hits the mark. I received the Double Precision Mascara which is double-ended. One end for the top lashes, one for the bottom. This mascara gives me long, full, lovely lashes, without clumps or stickiness. I don't usually use mascara on my bottom lashes, but I did give it a try and the smaller brush works great.
I am definitely sold on GOSH mascara and will be purchasing another type!

It is so shiny and smooth and lovely on the lips! No stickiness, no offensive smell or taste. It gives you a super bold, shiny, glass-like lip. Having said that, for me, the colour I received is just a bit too bold for every day wear, but I would definitely be interested in trying a lighter shade. -

I received both the AM and PM moisturizer lotions as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club - thank you!
I found the AM lotion quite thick and actually wondered if it was supposed to be the night lotion. In my experience, day lotions are usually much lighter. It is very thick and heavy. I preferred the night lotion for it's lighter texture and ease of blending in.
I did not find either to be any better or any worse than my regular drug store brand of moisturizer. It does moisturize, but I did not notice any difference in my skin after using for two weeks. I'm not sure that two weeks is long enough to test efficacy of any product, however. I will continue to use both of these until they are gone, but likely would not purchase.

In my quest for matte, complete coverage without looking like I have a ton of makeup on, I've tried a lot of foundations. I've finally found one that I love and fits the bill! Maybelline's SuperStay 24 hour makeup goes on easily, blends well, and makes my skin look completely flawless. I love how it provides a great foundation for my blush and eye makeup too. There's no shine and best of all, no transfer (i.e., it doesn't come off on your clothes, or on my tall husband's if I give him a squishy hug). The only thing I don't like about it is that I wish it came with a pump. -

This product is MAGIC. A leave-in, spray-on conditioner that you apply when your hair is damp and let me tell you, it makes my hair feel like SILK, tames fly-aways and makes my hair shiny too. And it smells good! Not an over-powering smell, just nice and subtle, but lovely. The ingredients include Argan (Moroccan) oil, shea butter, jojoba and quinoa protein. I've tried other forms or Moroccan oil and find that it's hard to spread it evenly through my hair with my hands. But as a spray, this product is absolutely fantastic. I've had strangers tell me how nice my hair is and how it looks so soft and healthy, since I started using this. And...it's only $5.95! Ah-MAZING. Highly recommend!
And if all of this hasn't sold you yet, The Honest Company never uses harsh chemicals in any of their products. I love that.

This. Stuff. Works. You know when you have a painful little spot on your face and you just KNOW that a pimple is coming? Well, you can stop it from surfacing by applying this magical stuff. It's gentle, doesn't dry out my skin and is completely clear so it doesn't leave a white mark on my face. You can wear it under makeup - just let it dry (for a few seconds) before applying your makeup. When I feel a pimple coming, I apply it a few times a day and I have had a 100% success rate in the pimple either not surfacing at all, or making it very small and minor and gone within a day or two. Highly recommend! -

I have been colouring my hair at home for about 15 years and have tried many different products. I was excited about Olia because it is supposed to be gentle and use natural oils. I was so disappointed with this product! I am naturally a dark blonde - more on the ashy side. I always use a very light blonde colour and never choose anything with 'ash' in the name. I chose the lightest blonde shade that Olia came in and gave it a try. My hair came out GREEN! A metallic, horrible GREEN! It also made my hair feel very dry and coarse.
I complained to customer service and to their credit, they sent me a coupon for a free hair colour product. I used it to purchase my favourite - Garnier Nutrisse which works fabulously! Review to come on that next :)
