As a rose gold lover of course I love the packaging! The formula of the Paradise mascara contains castor oil which helps nourish the hair and promote growth so you're giving your lashes a treatment while you use it. It has a big brush with densely packed bristles which helps provides all the volume you need. I personally favour these kind of brushes over the plastic comb-like ones so I get on well with it but some might find it takes a bit of getting used to. The brush coats the lashes effortlessly and my lashes feel soft yet held in place. The castor oil means the lashes don't feel all stiff like a lot of mascaras can. It's really easy to build up too, it doesn't get clumpy at all. Even though the hold is amazing it's also lightweight so doesn't drag the lashes down or feel heavy. The lengthening effect is incredible and it doesn't flake or smudge, it really dies stay put! The only slight negative I have is that it takes a little more effort to remove than I am used to. -

The Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation contains a blend of vitamins C, E and B5 that give skin an instant anti-fatigue effect. It's got a medium coverage and leaves a slightly dewy finish. I like that this one feels like it's keeping my skin hydrated while I wear it. Parts of my skin are slightly oily so I add a bit of powder to my forehead and it's good to go!

The amber tones really shine through when it catches the light. It's a grey nail with a difference. Absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful even formula too. -

'New Year, New Hue' is from Essie's 2017 Winter range and it's one of my favourites. IT is a magenta /plum which isn’t so dark that it loses the colour. I find a lot of polishes change far too much with a second coat and end up much more like a deep burgundy but this isn't the case here. It's similar to Bahama Mama but lighter and more pink. Like most Essie polishes it lasts well and is great value. -

I'm that person who comes over for a cup of tea and leaves the mug covered in lipstick, but as this one stays so well I don't have to feel guilty for ruining the fine china ( who am I kidding? I wouldn't be trusted with anyone's fine china!). They have some really great bold shades in their collection along with every day nudes.
I guarantee you will find a colour perfect for you to wear day to day. Nudes are my go-to through all seasons as they are so easy to wear, to dress up or down and the Matte Inks are so good for applying in the morning and not having to worry about reapplying all day. I like to just kind of forget about my make-up once it's on. I've got the shade 'Poet' which is a warm peachy nude and I think it is perfect for me, it may just be my favourite nude! The doe-foot applicator great for applying along the lip line and the coloured packaging makes it easy to see which shade you're picking up -cos you're going to want a few of these! I find the best thing to do is add a thin coat and add another if needed - though these are so pigmented I rarely need to add more product. Just remember to use an oil based make up remover to take it off.

I love Maybelline mascaras, I think they are one of the best on the high street, so the Total Temptation Mascara was one I was most excited about trying. Firstly it is infused with coconut extract which lengthens and adds volume while also conditioning the lashes. This doesn't really add a curl like a couple of my other mascaras do but the lashes are definitely fuller, appear longer and are so soft! It's nice that the lashes don't feel hard or crunchy at all. It makes such a difference to my make up. Much like the other mascaras by Maybelline it's reasonably priced at £8.99 -

You just mist onto skin from 8-10 inches away before applying make up. I find it great if your make-up is looking a little matte or dry. It gives you a glow.
They recommend storing it in the fridge if you want it to feel extra refreshing which sounds pretty nice. This one is going to be great in the warmer months and will be great to apply quickly in the morning when I've more than likely been up with the baby in the night!
