Folgers Classic Roast Coffee
This coffee is my go to for my get up and go every morning. It is full bodied, smooth tasting and pairs nicely with a flavoured creamer. Never any bitter aftertaste with this brand either.

International Delight Hazelnut Coffee Creamer
This is the olny creamer I use in my coffee. Actually my entire office uses this product and prefers it to any other option. I had actually used it as a replacement in homemade oatmeal for breakfast and it adds a very subtle taste to enhance it.

This cereal is both my children’s first choice for breakfast as well as bedtime snacks. The sugar quantity is low, fibre meets the expectations of a dry cereal and very little fat content. An all around great cereal.

Mott's Fruitsations +Fibre Unsweetened Tropical
I liked it and found it quite flavourful but my children both said it was too bitter for their liking. Needless to say Mom ate the last 3 in the package.
