I swear by vitamin B12 supplements and these have been very helpful in the past when I had this deficiency. It really helps you feel great and aids in the processing of carbs, etc. Very helpful for nausea!

Maybelline New York Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eye Liner
If you like gel liner then this is a must-try! I swear it is just as good as the name brand versions and less expensive. Mine last forever and I love that they always come with the liner brush.

This is a lightweight moisturizer with a subtle scent. It is not hydrating enough for my skin especially in the winter but was soothing on my sensitive and acne prone skin. Would recommend.

They are so so delicious, light and fluffy and taste like a dessert. A little more dense than whipped cream, like an airy pudding. Highly recommend if you like yogurt! Wish i had one right now! -
