My son and I have been drinking this milk and absolutely love it! I purchase both regular milk as well as plant-based milk and lactose free milk. My son and I have a slight intolerance to lactose so I am so happy to have found a lactose-free milk that tastes just as creamy and good as regular milk. I love that Good Mood milk is 25% less sugar and lower in calories than most lactose free milks I’ve purchased. I would definitely recommend!    -
