My all time favorite liquid liner. Stays on. Does not smudge. When you apply it, it dries in place (does not leave that black line on your upper eye lid if you blink right away.) The tip is super easy to use and super easy to create a cat eye or "wing" with. Love the color, the black is very black and bold. I have purchased this product several times. -

I love this eye liner. It applies so smoothly. Very easy to use. Easy to remove if you make a mistake. I can fall asleep with it on and wake up with it still in place. Only slight downfall is it does dry out a bit if you've had it for awhile (in my case, over a year) but you can fix this by wetting your brush first. -
