Motrin works good for cramps and headaches. It works fast and is effective for most pain. It didn't totally help for my migraines but it did help a bit.

Canada dry lemonade flavor ginger ale is a good mix of lemonade and ginger ale. it's refreshing and it's good by itself and as a mix. It's also not too expensive and it helps calm my stomach just like regular ginger ale.

And it comes in many different scents to choose from my favorite is maggies citrus it smells like orange creamsicles. the jar cost me $20 but it lasts me 4 to 5 months so im actually saving money. best new product i have ever tried. -

eco max works just as good as mainstream brands and also has SLS in them. But they have less harsh chemicals in them so they are better for the enviorment

Bounce Dryer Sheets
bounce dryer sheets have way too many harsh chemicals in them. after using them my clothes make my skin very itchy and i get rashes. They smell good and make your clothes smell good but its not worth hurting my skin.

proactiv makes your skin feel very soft and clean after using it and it works great at getting rid of oil. i do get the occasional small blemish still but they go away quicker and dont get one very often anymore.
