Christie Vegetable Thins
These are one of my favorite vegetable chips. They are crispy, crunchy and have a great vegetable flavour. They area bit on a oily side so it does feel like you are eating junk food, but a handful feels like a great substitute compared to chips.

They were so delicious and they really do taste like they're fried, only after you eat a bunch you don't feel bad about it. We bought ours shortly after that and use it at least once a week. It's easy to use and easy to clean and to finished product is so delicious. -

These are so convenient to use when you want to make pasta sauce, lasagna, salsa, chili, it is endless! All you have to do is open the can and dump the contents in a pot. When they go on sales for $1 or less, I stock up about 8-12 cans because we use them quite often.
Bonus: because of the size of the cans, I reuse them to plant herbs in my windowsill

I first was introduced to this a few years ago through a vegetarian friend. OF course I had to try it since Fontaine Sante makes great dips and side dishes in general.
I don't know what I was expecting but when I first tried the tofy spread, it was in a sandwich. It is creamy, salty and surprisingly tastes like an egg salad sandwich without the smell. I highly recommend this product.

You can cut it up in chunks and fry it up to make a nice pasta sauce with it. I like to slice it, fry it and top it on home made pizza. Really tasty and great value at Costco. -
