I generally am not someone who likes hairspray but this one was sent to me from Chickadvisor, so I figured I'd give it a try. This hairspray definitely helps add volume and holds your hairstyle in place throughout the day. However, I did find it made my hair feel a little "crunchy". I'd almost prefer this having less hold, if it would stop my hair from having that hard, crunchy sort of texture. Overall, I think this hairspray is pretty good. -

Chickadvisor kindly sent this product to me to review. I hadn't used a hair mousse in such a long time and was excited to try out a new one. I added a bit of this product to my hair when wet, made sure it was evenly distributed and then sort of "scrunched" my hair to add a bit of wave. This mousse helped add lots of volume to my usually limp hair, and helped my waves stay all day! Really great product. -

I was sent this product for review from Chickadvisor. I've been using it for a couple weeks and am enjoying it so far. I like adding a little in my hair while it's damp and brushing it out. I also like to add a little on the ends of my hair before heat styling - I find this makes my hair look healthier and shinier. For the price, I think this oil is great. However, it still doesn't beat my all time favourite MoroccanOil hair treatment. -

My hair feels hydrated and healthy, and looks super shiny too! This is definitely one of the best conditioners I've ever tried, and I really want to try more products from this brand now! -

I received this product to test out and review from ChickAdvisor. I love using micellar waters to remove my makeup so I've tested out quite a few. I enjoy this product as a makeup remover. I'd say this Nivea micellar water is comparable to my favourite one, Bioderma. It's a great, more affordable option.
I think it does a great job at removing makeup, but I do think it's a good idea to use a different cleanser afterwards. I use micellar water as like a "first cleanse", and then wash my face with a foaming cleanser and my Clarisonic. I don't think this cleans your face well enough to use it alone. I'd say you still need to wash your face after using this to remove makeup just to ensure that there isn't any residue/dirt/makeup left on your skin.

I received this product from ChickAdvisor to test out and review. I've been using it as a base for my makeup for the past week and I've really been enjoying it. It leaves my dry skin feeling hydrated without leaving a greasy feeling. It works great underneath makeup as a primer as well. I'd say it does pretty well at both moisturizing and priming (as it is intended!). My only complaint (why I give it 4/5 for effectiveness) is that I wish it could blur or fill in pores and fine lines. I have larger pores in the centre of my face and I find that I need to use a pore-filling primer in conjunction with this product in order to get my desired look.
Overall, I really enjoy this product and would recommend trying it out!

I've been using this micellar water every day since I received it from ChickAdvisor in the mail last week. I find it does a good job at removing makeup, but I do usually have to go over my eyes a few times to get off my eyeliner & mascara. It doesn't leave my skin feeling dry at all, but it does kind of feel like it leaves a residue behind. I think this is because the micellar water has some moisturizing properties. Overall, it's a good micellar water and I'd recommend it over the Garnier ones even though it's a little more expensive. -
Dove® Advanced Care Go Fresh Antiperspirant Stick Restore
I love all the Dove deodorants but this one is definitely my favourite! The "antiperspirant" aspect is definitely effective at reducing perspiration and it keeps you smelling good all day. Would definitely recommend!
