I received the Blinc palette in my Boxycharm subscription in July. I was so excited to receive it and when I did it was even more beautiful in person. I can't believe the amount of sparkle these shadows put off without big pieces of glitter. I've tried using it with a glitter glue and there is no need at all. I don't even think you would need a primer because swatches are amazing. These shadows make my eyes light up and look fresh. They match any color and can be used all over or on the center of the lid and inner corner of the eyes. I haven't noticed fallout but the shadows are delicate. The first time I opened it my nail broke a big chunk off of my now favorite color. For this reason I would recommend leaving the palette at home when you travel. It's so beautiful though!!!!    -
