I've started to drink PC kefir probiotic drink to replenish the good bacteria in my gut. I've had a lot of ear infections in my life and antibiotics kill all bacteria in your gut so it's important to replenish the good bacteria.
I've near liked the taste of milk but kefir can have different flavours, so I tried mango and coconut. Very nice not too sweet. A little pricey comes in a pack of 4 - 200 ml bottles for 4.68. I would use it again if I ever need antibiotics again.

President's Choice 100% Pure Maple Syrup
I love maple syrup and this one is smooth and has a nice amber colour to it. I use it on pancakes and my husband uses in some of his homemade breads. It's definitely our go to maple syrup. The price is right and it's a product of Canada.

This product is cholesterol free, low in fat and no artificial flavours. It has has brown riz mixed with orzo pasta and took the rice five minutes longer to cook then was indicated on the box.

I tried these cookies at Costco and they were so delicious I bought a box. My daughter-law is gluten free so when she comes to visit I can offer her a sweet treat. Individually packaged so you can take a couple of them in your purse.

Love these mini wheats, just enough sweetness with the blueberry inside. Mix them in with nuts, coconut, apples pieces, cranberries, frozen blueberries and peanuts. Simply delicious.

The best cleaning sponge for all kinds of marks or scuffs on walls or floors. Also wonderful to clean bathroom sinks and bathtubs. I find it a bit expensive, but it does work well.

President's Choice Great Canadian Coffee
It's my go to coffee when my favorite coffe beans are not on sale. It has a nice flavour, not bitter and the price is right. Would definitely recommend it to friends.
