I can't stand this stuff! The smell is overpowering and makes me sneeze. It also makes my hair feel super dry, dulls the colour of my hair, and doesn't really sop up oil all that well, either. Aerosol bottles are also horrible for the environment... +

Aerosol bottles are also horrible for the environment. Save your money- you'll get better results from baby powder, and won't be killing the planet, too. -

It's the smart, sexy granddaughter of the Shalimar perfume. Classic without being stale, feminine without being too cloying.
Unfortunately, Guerlain discontinued it! So now I'm just trying to make my little tiny bottle of it last.

I was absolutely in love with this perfume when I first purchased it. To me, it smells like a cashmere sweater- glamorous, warm, cozy. I loved that it smelled complex, with sweet top notes and a mysterious, musky base.
However, I've found that it is either not aging well or I have grown tired of the smell rather quickly. It's pretty strong, so careful not to use very much of it. It really can feel like an assault of vanilla and rose on your nose (and those poor souls around you).

The product is very soothing to irritated skin, and did not cause acne or anything other problems.It's definitely non-irritating and highly moisturizing.
I'm not a huge fan of the texture of the cream. It's very thick and leaves a slightly greasy film, which means it's not very nice to wear under make-up. It pretty wonderful as a spot treatment for highly dry areas and to use as a night moisturizer.
Because the cream is so thick, I find that I'm going through the tube quite quickly.

I purchased this from Sephora after having problems with eczema. I get eczema every winter, and even my super duper gentle cleanser is too rough for me in really cold weather! Even though this is a toner, I used it instead of cleanser for about three weeks. It completely cleared up my eczema, and leaves my skin feeling soft, clean, and moisturized.
My only complaint is that you seem to need to use a lot of it in order to actually remove make-up and dirt from your face. I'm sure if one was using it as a toner, you would use less. I have already gone through a quarter of the bottle in three weeks, and given that it was expensive ($37CAD), I'm not happy with how quickly it is being used up.
The product smells quite good, even though there is no fragrance in it. There is a small amount of Rose in the formulation, which I believe makes it a lightly perfumed.
Overall, I'm quite happy with this product. It feels lovely to apply and has made my skin so much more comfortable. None of that tight, dry skin any longer!
