This one is my favorite red. After awhile of drinking red wine I found certain kinds could give me a headache, not sure the culprit, however this wine does not do that. It is tasty and easy going down.

I love this shake! It has taken me awhile to find one that isn't chalky or tastes weird. I finally found it. A huge plus for me is it being plant based. Whey protein is much harder for the body to digest.
