I emailed support because I cannot find the info on their FAQ on how to cancel the subscription. I followed their instructions and I thought I was ok. But then again, I was charged again turned out my subscription was reactivated and not sure how. I...   +

I emailed support because I cannot find the info on their FAQ on how to cancel the subscription.
I followed their instructions and I thought I was ok. But then again, I was charged again turned out my subscription was reactivated and not sure how. I logged in and cancel the subscription again yesterday. It looks like I have to cancel my credit card to stop my subscription from this scammers.    -
