A lovely rose wine for lady - 非常受女士喜爱的玫瑰酒
I am not a regular drinker but do like to have a small glass of wine at special occasions. The first-time I had this wine was at the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge in Toronto earlier this fall. Normally I’d take a hot chocolate as my choice of beverage, but that day I decided to take a sip of wine right before my 13-hour international flight. Work had been quite busy before the trip, and I stayed up late editing students’ papers the night before, so a small glass of wine will help my sleep during the flight (as a federal public servant, I proudly travel in economy class). Looking into the ice bucket, I picked up this bottle. The colour of the wine is light pink, clear and translucently inviting. By the way, for a middle-aged woman who doesn’t drink much, the appearance of the wine can take a heavier weight than taste when comes to selection. After settling down in the chair, I took a small sip of the rose water and finished with a wow. I only filled about a quarter of the glass initially, so I went back to get a second refill (still a ¼ of a glass, a very responsible drinker). I also took a photo of the bottle for future reference; it will be on my list of Christmas gifts for friends and colleagues. This shows how much I liked this wine. It’s beautiful to look at, refreshingly light with perfect level of sweetness.

我不属于常规饮酒者。不过，在特殊场合也喜欢喝一小杯葡萄酒。第一次喝这款酒是在今年早秋的时候，于多伦多机场加拿大枫叶航空贵宾休息室。通常情况下，我一般会选一杯热巧克力饮料，但那天因为要乘13小时的国际航班。并且旅行的前几天工作非常繁忙，临行前一天一直工作到凌晨，帮学生修改文章。所以在飞行期间喝一小杯淡酒会帮助我在飞机上睡觉（作为一名联邦政府公务员，我通常都会乘经济舱出行）。看着放酒的冰桶，我拿起了这个盛着淡粉色液体的瓶子。顺便说一句，对于一个不常喝酒的中年女性来说，在选择葡萄酒时，外观往往会比味道起更重要的作用。在沙发上坐下后，我喝了一小口杯中的玫瑰酒，体验无比美妙。最初我只倒了大约四分之一杯，很快就喝光了，所以又回去到了一杯（仍然是一杯¼，不忘记作一个负责任的饮酒者）。临走还拍了一张酒瓶的照片，以便记住酒的牌子，回来时好照样子到酒店去买。今年圣诞节的餐桌上，我的很多朋友和同事都很收到这个酒作为的圣诞礼物。从这点可以看出我有多么喜欢这款酒。颜色非常漂亮，清纯淡雅， 甜度适中，360度无死角。    -
