This is a great setting spray. It has a wonderfully fine mist that I adore. It is great for getting rid of that powder finish on your face after you set it with powder. It claims to extend the life of your makeup, make it smudge-proof and transfer resistant, but I had that happen every single time. Don't get me wrong, it reduces the smudge and transfer, but the smudging and the smearing still happen. I feel the best way to use this is to set the makeup with powder and then remove the powder look with the spray.
It is a great spray, but I honestly nothing is going to fully do what they claim.

Strong breeze from someone walking by quick, falls. Dog's tail hits it, down. Door slams shut near it, down. All the parts stay stuck to what they should, but the Velcro just releases.
