Dove Advanced Care Go Fresh Cool Essentials Antiperspirant Stick
This deodorant stick is my new go to. The scent is fresh and not overpowering like some other deodorants. It goes on easily. And most important to me is that it did not leave white marks on my clothing. I highly recommend trying Dove antiperspirant.

It kept me very full until lunch. The taste was pleasant. Not too sweet and not too much vanilla. My only complaint would be the odd aftertaste. I would buy this flavour again. -

I was totally thrilled to try Premier Protein Chocolate Shake from @chickadvisor free for an honest review. I put them immediately in the fridge to try the next morning for breakfast. I really liked the smell. Chocolatey!! The taste was good. Not great. But I enjoyed that it was not thick. It tasted like chocolate as it smelled. I however, did not enjoy the aftertaste. I think this is a problem with most protein shakes. I was full until lunch so it did work in that respect. -

After about a week I noticed a decline in my appetite. I also craved less sugar. The cleansing aspect was much gentler than some other cleansers I have used. If you are a regular user of cleansers you know exactly how important a gentle cleanse is. Overall, I will purchase Flor-Essence again. I will recommend it to family and friends." -
