It’s not worth the time to download and use. You have to open the app and tap it every time you want to record. It would be nice if the device tracked the usage count and at the end of the day you could just tap it and upload.

I was really disappointed with the NICORETTE® QuickMist® SmartTrack. The device feels cheap and is less effective than I hoped. The SmartTrack feature is unreliable and often fails to sync properly, which makes tracking progress frustrating. Additionally, the mist itself isn’t as smooth or satisfying as other nicotine replacement products I’ve used. Overall, it’s not worth the money and didn’t help me as much as other alternatives. -
