Before this, my favourite lipgloss was the Buxom Lip Polish, so it's no surprise that I love this product. I'm not a huge fan of glitter, and this is basically the exact same thing with more shine and no sparkles -- perfect! I have EXTREMELY dry lips, and this is the only gloss that lasts any more than 15 minutes. I usually like to layer it on top of a lip balm, since my lips are generally flaky/chapped without. The gloss goes on super smoothly, has a nice cooling tingle, and your lips look super full and shiny. Layering it on lipstick looks great too!
I am a huge makeup fanatic and am known to spend hundreds at Sephora, so in my opinion I think it's quite affordable for the quality. Splurge, it's worth it!! better yet, get value sets when they're available :)

I am a lip balm junkie and have very dry lips, and this is a great product. I'd tried the normal burts bees lip balm before, but found there was a weird smell to it, so this was perfect. I love pomegranate and this one is yummy! could be a little more moisturizing (doesn't compare to carmex which is the best I've found), goes on well and there is a very, very subtle sheen/colour that I love. a little pricey for a drugstore brand but definitely worth it! -

The packaging is what drew me to it first, it's super adorable and is actually easier to find in my bags than a small stick. summer fruit is my go-to, and i've tried honeydew, strawberry sorbet, and this limited-edition passion fruit one which I am loving
if you're looking for more flavours than ones at shoppers, a small shop on Queen West called Jacob & Sebastian carries them, and RW&co;used to have multi-packs by the front cashiers, but I don't think I've seen them for a while now. I've also seen it at some Chapters locations.

almost all my skincare products are clinique, and this is one of my favourites! I wouldn't recommend it if you have big patches of acne or anything, this really works best for a couple of "spots" ... especially true because it contains alcohol and can be very drying if you use it in big batches. but it is great for those occasional breakouts, dries my zits right up overnight. i think the price is very reasonable for the quality and quantity, one tube lasts forever! -

absolutely love the sugary sweet smell -- like strawberry yogurt or candy. unfortunately, I don't find Body Shop's body butters too moisturizing, and this is no exception. i'm a little on the fence with this product because a big reason I like body lotions is the scent, and this does have some staying power, but if you have dry skin this isn't going to help you too much. -

I really wanted to like these, since I've recently become obsessed with tints and the cute "crayon" applicators. Wasn't moisturizing at all (I do have very dry lips, but I even put on a lip balm before layering this on top), zero colour. go for Clinique's chubby stick instead. delivers where this one doesn't, and cheaper too! -

I used to only use shower gels, then went through a phase where I loved handmade and organic soaps (ie ones you find at Lush) but didn't like them that much because there wasn't any lather. then started using the Dove body bar for a while, then FINALLY found the Olay soaps and fell in love. Great smell that stays and isn't too overpowering, moisturizing (I shave my legs with this when I get lazy), lots of loather which is the #1 thing lacking in most other soaps. might be a little more expensive than other drugstore brands, just wait for a sale at Shoppers and stock up! -

not at all a blush person, and I love this. my makeup routine is fairly simple, just concealer light foundation eyeliner. this adds just enough colour to my face so I don't look pasty. buildable colour, very flattering (I am Asian with medium skin, yellow undertones), also lasts forever. it IS on the pricey side if you're used to drugstore brands and prices, but it's totally worth it to me. -

one of my favourite shoe stores in the city, with a lot of unique brands and styles. great sales if you happen to catch them, and they sometimes do a "20% off everything" too, which is amazing. they also have cute clothes if you get bored of looking at the shoes! I found that the salespeople used to be sort of pushy, but they have gotten a lot better in the past year or so. -

I really like the look of all Moxies locations now, trendy and fancy, especially the bathrooms. But I've been here many, many times, and I really don't enjoy the food at all. I usually go for pasta dishes at a restaurant, and theirs are uninspired and pretty bland. had the burger once too and it was dry and once again, bland and flavourless. not a fan of the drinks either! -
