I’ve been using Swiss Natural Cran-Max 250mg for a few weeks now, and I’m really happy with the results. As someone who’s dealt with recurrent UTIs, I was looking for a natural supplement that could help, and this has made a noticeable difference. The cranberry extract in these capsules feels like a much healthier alternative to sugary cranberry juices, and I love that there are no added artificial ingredients.
The capsules are a bit large, but I’ve gotten used to them, and they’re easy to incorporate into my daily routine. It’s not a magic cure, but I’ve definitely noticed a reduction in UTI symptoms, which is a huge relief.
