I went in here, and they had renovated the place. Was it ever trendy looking decor. Loved it, thus far. Then I had ordered an ice cream dessert that had vanilla ice cream. What a HUGE plate with a large cone dish and the ice cream even had the vanilla bean crushed into it. Was that good. I LOVE ice cream with the vanilla or any other flavors "crushed" into them. And the servers tended to return at good intervals to refill our drinks. I will go back there as soon as I can

I have gone to this Denny's in Regina,SK and is it good. I found out soon after it opened, that they were going to find a supplier of a Southern food that I love, GRITS! So, once in a while, I will go with someone to have breakfast with my beloved grits. I have seen them regularly refill the coffee ,or any beverage that you have ordered. This is what is better service than in some places that I have been in.
I am so glad to have a place where I can get those grits in Regina, SK. I missed them for years before Denny's came to Regina. Now they are here.

I live not far from this Subway. I love it. They know what kind of sub I want when I assist them by saying what I would like on it. They really pile on the jalapenos and sub sauce, mustard and mayo on my sub. I usually get a Veggie Delight. So I get the extra cheese for protein and then the 4 special ingredients listed above piled on after I have the usual contents of a Veggie Delight piled on. I am so happy with this SubWay so far. Never had problems with them yet, and don't plan on that. Great. Now I am hungry for a sub...... -
Hotel Saskatchewan Cortlandt Hall, Monarch Lounge
I went there at one time 7 years back and the food had been really good. By the time I went there last, the food had degenerated into dry cheeses and floury, flat desserts. The decor was getting old and not as clean as it should have been. Friends... +
I went there at one time 7 years back and the food had been really good. By the time I went there last, the food had degenerated into dry cheeses and floury, flat desserts. The decor was getting old and not as clean as it should have been. Friends also agree that the food is bar grade, at best. So this has ended this place for me. They seem to have either lost, or worse yet, fired the best chef they had at one time. I don't know what ruckus that could have been by that chef and possibly the manager, or whoever. Or, maybe he retired. I don't know. Anyway, the previous chef had been really good with the food. Then, I heard a friend of mine say that an older woman had been served a partly cooked chicken leg or something. That further reduced my desire to ever put foot in the Hotel Saskatchewan again. -

I go there almost every darn month with people, if not more than once a month. Dog food? FAR, FAR from that by EACH AND EVERY means! The food there has steadily improved over the last 7 years. Used to be rather mediocre. But ,now, they seem to make everyone in the kitchen toe the line and keep the food very warm to hot AND stocked well! -
