I made the Lemon Salsa Verde Dip suggested on Realemon.ca. It was delicious as a dip for Muligrain Totilla Chips. The unique combination of tart lemon and strong garlic flavor made for a very tasty addition. Wouldn't normally be a combination I would try together but it tasted surprising good. It was easy to locate at Superstore and offered at a reasonable price. -

I found the consistency a little bitter and did not taste to the two flavors distinctly. It is unsweetened so it may explain bitterness. Was a healthy light snack that I would try again with another flavor. My wife really liked the tart taste and recommended it. -
