I tried Swiss Natural’s Cran-Max Caplets for 30 days. They are used to prevent recurrent UTI’s. I’m happy to say I did well on these caplets and slept better at night because for some reason these caplets allowed me to sleep most of those 30 nights without having to get up to go to the bathroom. An added bonus from these caplets! On a sour note, I had a hard time with the taste of these in my mouth. But I did take them regardless. Bravo Swiss Natural for creating a helpful, healthy product!
