It helped for sure but this supplement easier to take with more potence so for me it worker better. It is branded as a Rescue care so I tried it on irritated skin and it helped. Of course, it is not a cortisone cream but it is a nice alternative. I really recommand this Avveeno Line of Product for eczema-prone skin. I received this product for free for testing and review purpose. -
