I love this product. Sunlight lime mint is my favorite smell. It eliminates grease in all the dishes whether it’s my saucepan or my glasses. You should give it a try you won’t regret it. It is affordable too .

I usually love cod liver oil softgels because growing up my mom used to give it to me as syrup and it was awful. I ended buying them in softgels because you just swallow it and as it goes down it split up in your body and so cod liver oil do its job.
Cod liver is good for your skin, membranes, immune fonction and help maintain eyesight.
I bought this holista high potency cod liver oil vitamins A and D because it has 120 softgels so more for my money.
They are so big that when swallowing you feel like you are swallowing a giant ball and so you need more water to help the process.
Overall it is good for your body but if you can find another brand and also try to look at the bottle to see if they show you the size of the softgels.

This is my 3 bottle in 3months because of COVID 19 I had to stick up on those so I can boost my immune system.

I really love this product, at first I was a little sceptical because I saw reviews on YouTube but since I have a sensitive skin and acne I was scared that I would have more breakouts.
I tried it for the first 2 weeks and I really notice the difference I had less breakouts, my skin looks fresh and clean. I also love the fact that the products is not sticky on the face and the price my god it is so affordable. Remind me that I need to buy one today 😉
