My cat Sparkle is fairly picky about food. She liked Purina Indoor dry food but the price is outrageous considering the cheap ingredients. I switched to Kroger's LuvSome turkey indoor food and she liked it a lot but Kroger discontinued it. Fortunately, this Rachel Ray stuff didn't have tuna nor other high-mercury fish in it and seemed to have decent-enough ingredients for the price. Well... my cat is very satisfied with it.
She hasn't thrown it up which is a good thing. I think the very small pieces that this food is made with helps since she likes to wolf her food.
I would give it 5 stars if it would come in turkey, with no fish. Turkey pet food has been found to have the lowest amount of contaminants like heavy metals. Beef-flavored pet foods rank worst.

"Only Colgate Total has a patented Tricloguard formula." Oh, sure. What it actually is is triclosan, a common antibacterial chemical that people should not be putting in their mouths. If you want a safe antibacterial to put into your mouth you can use erythritol and xylitol. Those are okay; triclosan isn't.
My dentist gave me a trial tube of the current version of Colgate Total "Clean Mint" and it is the most abrasive toothpaste I've ever used.

I tried a cat water fountain and found that cleaning it is way too much of a hassle. The better solution was to dedicate a half bath's sink to just the cat. The cat loves to jump up and drink from the clean (soap-free) sink and cleaning it is a cinch. Cleaning a cat fountain is definitely not a cinch.
It would be better if homes would have cat fountains built into bathrooms but they don't so I has to improvise.
I will recommend these things only for those prepared to clean it. If you have a demanding job like me, reconsider.

I was buying Kal Kan 50 lb bags at WalMart but WalMart got rid of that brand to push its house brand, Ol Roy, harder. Well, Ol Roy is vastly inferior to Kal Kan. Even the package has shrunk to 46 lbs while the price went up 1/3.
The worst part of Ol Roy is the unbearable rotten odor it has. It doesn't even wash off your hands. Kroger's 50 lb bags of store brand dog food is fine and so is Kal Kan. Avoid Ol Roy. Nothing that smells that horrible can be healthy for anything to consume.
There are sites that claim that these horrible odors are fine because dogs have greater sensitivity of smell than people. Nope. People can smell rotten death. Dogs, if they're hungry enough, will eat unhealthy things.
