I received this product from #ChickAdvisor to try and review. I tend to have very bad cramps during my periods. Literally for the first 2 days of my cycle you can find me on the floor with immense cramps. When the the opportunity came to try a new product that will hopefully help reduce the pain, I was super excited! I’ve been using Advil mainly (usually 4 pills per day as the pain comes back) but I always hate how it takes a long time to kick in. Motrin worked and did it’s magic so quickly! I was super shocked! Not only did I just need to use 1 capsule (instead of the 4 Advils I used to take) but it helped with my cramps almost instantly! Good-bye Advil, Motrin is now my go-to pain reliever!

I'm a huge "sparkling" drinker. Most of my drinks are either sparkling water or Ginger Ale. I remember a few years ago Ginger Ale had a white raspberry flavour which was my all time favourite, until it was discontinued. I was super excited when Cranberry came along as I love trying out new flavours. I was super surprised by the taste as I thought it would've been very sweet - but it had just the right amount of punch. I would highly recommend this as it tastes better than the original! -

I had a huge issue of deodorants staining my clothes (especially the light coloured ones) and also having deodorant marks whenever putting on a shirt. I have never heard of Aluminum free deodorants, so from doing some background research I am happy to have been selected from #chickadvisor to test this product out, and hopefully solve my problems! The search is over! Firstly lets just say that the scent is amazing! (because we all know that is the first thing we do when looking for deodorant - SMELL IT!) This stick has a gel texture. It glides on so smooth and almost has a cooling affect. But, most importantly: this did not stain or went on my clothes! It lives up to its promises and I will definitely use this in the future! Highly recommended! -

I received this free to try from family rated, and although I don't usually use Beef Stock, I decided to try cooking a beef stew with it. It did have a really enjoyable taste and did add that extra burst of flavour to my stew. I did find it to be a bit salty so I would highly recommend adding less than what it mentions to use on the packaging. The flavour was still superb! #gotitfree -

I've previously been using several products for hydrating my body with no success on finding that perfect product. My skin gets dry (especially with this cold weather) but after using Neutrogena's Hydro Boost Gel, I instantly saw a difference. I just get out of the shower and put it on while my skin was still damp. Highly recommend this to anyone with dry skin or just want that extra hydrating boost to keep your skin soft! -

I usually buy toast bread to make sandwiches for quick lunches. After trying the Dempster's 10" Whole Wheat Tortillas I have completely converted to easy, quick and tasty wraps! These tortillas are a great size that will fill me up in one wrap. I have also made pizza's using these wraps and they're amazing! Highly recommended. -

I have to say that I've tried a few protein bars and usually give them away because I just didn't like them (both the taste and heaviness). I usually avoid any that have dark chocolate because I really don't like dark chocolate. But, these dark chocolate, cashew, and salted caramel bars were actually very very good! I even ate 1/2 a bar before I gave the other half to my partner to try. Shocked me that even he loved them. He also doesn't like dark chocolate and is a very picky eater.
I think anyone, who is into working out and needing a great protein boost, these bars would be so much better than a protein shake. Or can combine the two for almost a nice meal before working out.
I will definitely be recommending these bars to my friends and family members!

This is a delicious bar. I was really happy to see it is nothing like other peanut-based protein bars I've had that were very heavy and filling. You bite in and get a mouthful of crunch of almonds and a bit of chewiness plus a coat of dark chocolate on the bottom. It is sweet, but not sickeningly sweet. The crunch comes from various ingredients including rice crisp and pumpkin seeds. (The 11 g of protein, for the most part, comes from pea protein. It doesn't taste at all like peas and I'm glad that it is all natural and vegetable protein, but not soy.)
For flavor and "mouth feel" and texture and size, I'd have given it 5 stars. But I took one off because it is intended to provide quick energy in the form of easily digested calories. If you're active, that's great. If you're inactive, this has 280 calories (120 calories from fat) and is something to think about. There are no artificial colors or sweeteners. It has 14g fat (3.5g saturated), 0 cholesterol, 150 mg of sodium (only 6% ADR) 22g of carbohydrate which includes nearly 28% of the ADR of dietary fiber. No soy, nor gluten, which is also a bonus.
If you can manage the calories, this is a really good snack bar (even half with a cup of coffee is very satisfying)! But in my part, this is a great pre or post-workout bar that I will highly recommend to my friends and family!

I was expecting high hopes for this product. I'm a fan of both Mango and Coconut and thought that this sauce would be a great blend of both worlds. It was also healthier than the Butter Chicken sauce that PC carries which I love!
After trying this sauce with chicken I found it to be to overpowering with spices. The mixture of the Thai spices and tanginess of mango and coconut did not sit too well. Wouldn't recommend this product - the flavours are all wrong!
