I’ve taken this product for the duration of 4 weeks daily, and it has been doing something good for me. I honestly feel more refreshed and energized and it has to be from these because I have not started anything else new in my routine. It’s a great alternative from drinking cranberry juice for sure. I would definitely recommend and continue to take daily. -
