I've tried various nicotine replacement therapies in my efforts to quit smoking, but NICORETTE® QuickMist® SmartTrack™ has been a game-changer for me. This innovative mouth spray offers a quick and convenient way to manage cravings, and the SmartTrack™ feature adds an extra layer of support to my quitting journey.
The spray itself is easy to use and acts fast. Within seconds of spraying, I feel the effects of the nicotine. The taste is minty and refreshing, making it more pleasant than some other nicotine products I've tried.
The spray also connects to a smartphone app, allowing me to track my usage and monitor my progress. This feature has been incredibly motivating, as I can see how my nicotine intake decreases over time. Aveeno® Calm + Restore Oat Repairing Lotion
The lotion amkes my skin very smooth and holds moisturises it well. I definitely prefer it over the CeraVe lotion I was using before. This particular version is perfect if you have dry skin like me.
