I love this mint tea. It’s fresh, crisp and always helps an upset or bloated stomach. It is my go to as a pick me up in the afternoon or to relax in the evening before bed.

Premier Protein Chocolate Shake
I love the vanilla flavour so was excited to get a chance to try a new flavour. I was underwhelmed with it. For a meal replacement drink it didn’t leave a bad aftertaste like some do, but the chocolate flavour could be richer. Still a good value.

There was no icky aftertastes like a lot of meal replacement drinks. The caramel flavour was smooth and well done. I hope to see this at Costco soon - a case from there is a great value! -

All this to say that I pretty well live on Motrin super strength for the week before and week of my period (so like half the month)! Works quickly and is very effective at treating all my symptoms. I am definitely going to try using this spice blend in a bunch of different ways. You don't need much to give a ton of flavour, so the package will last a while. I made chicken in the instant pot with this blend, which smelled and tasted delicious.

TYLENOL® Rapid Release Gelcaps Extra Strength
Tylenol is not usually my go-to brand when I have migraine symptoms. I found this product worked super fast. The little laser holes must make the difference! I would recommend it to others.

Mott's Fruitsations +Fibre Unsweetened Mango Peach
My 3 year old enjoyed this flavour. He says he still prefers unsweetened applesauce, but I feel good giving him the added fibre a couple times a week - he needs it. Its nice to mix up the flavors so he can add to his palate too.
