TRESemmé Compressed Micro Mist hair spray is unlike any hair spray I've tried in the past. The invisible hold/natural finish hold level 1 is meant to provide moveable hold and texture and it definitely delivers. It doesn't feel sticky or crunchy at all, even right after it's sprayed on. It leaves a nice finish on the hair and holds light waves and subtle texture styles really nicely and very naturally.
The compressed micro mist technology is very cool and I definitely prefer it to traditional sprays. Being able to have the same number of sprays in a bottle half the size and with half the gas is great and the ultra fine mist gives great coverage. It's super easy to mist over hair with a nice light touch or go back over for more hold. I love that it takes less product to achieve the same results.
I prefer a more natural style and this product is perfect for my needs. It's excellent for taming fly aways on a casual up do or for giving soft waves and natural texture a smooth, shiny finish. I will definitely re purchase!

Love Beauty and Planet's Lavender & Argan Oil conditioner smells amazing and is really effective at smoothing frizz. The smell lingers for a long time and it left my hair shiny and noticeable smoother.
I love how this conditioner made my hair look, but I found the feel quite disappointing. It was not detangling at all and I felt like I needed a leave in after just to brush or comb it out. I don't like that in a conditioner - I want it to leave my hair feeling soft and silky. While the look was definitely those things, the feel just wasn't there.
I didn't have enough time to try a variety of different styling methods with this product but I think it would be great for using when I dry and straighten my hair. It left a lot to be desired with air drying unfortunately. I don't feel like the performance of this product is equal to the price. Although because of their awesome mission statement and carbon footprint dedication I am definitely excited to try their other products.

Love Beauty and Planet Lavender & Argan Oil shampoo is perfect for tackling dry frizzy hair and waves. It leaves a wonderful, woody scent behind and it lasts for a long time.
For me personally I found this shampoo to be a little too hydrating as I like to leave quite a bit of time between washes. Because of this it didn't really clean my hair effectively and left it feeling quite oily. It would be great to use right before drying and straightening my hair, but unfortunately I wouldn't get more than a day or 2 out of the style because of the greasy feeling.
This shampoo would be excellent for someone with very dry hair or for those who are prone to frizz and wash their hair daily. I don't feel that the performance of this shampoo on my hair would makes the price tag worth it for me.

I LOVE the scent of the Love Beauty and Planet Lavender & Argan Oil bodywash. I am not usually a bodywash person and generally use very mild bar soap because the skin on my back and chest are breakout prone, but I was pleased to find that this product didn't bother my skin at all. It's wonderful for sensitive skin thanks to the quality ingredients, no parabens, dyes etc.
My favorite part of this bodywash is the scent. Lavender is not usually a scent I enjoy but this formula is so relaxing and pretty. The smell stays on the skin for a long time which is really amazing for a natural product. I would buy this again because it's so hard to find a heavily scented product that doesn't bother sensitive skin - but Love Beauty & Planet hits the mark! I also love their commitment to the environment and sustainability and that the bottles are all made of 100% recycled plastic.

I was very excited to receive this campaign as I have very sensitive skin and struggle with finding a moisturizer that works for me. La Roche-Posay is a highly recommended, quality brand so I was hoping it would be the answer to my sensitive skin woes. When I received my product and read the packaging I immediately noticed niacinamide in the ingredients list which is an acne trigger for me :( I decided to be optimistic going into my product trial and hoped that it wouldn't bother me. It's a wonderful addition to skincare and has a ton of benefits, so I really wanted to keep an open mind.
Toleriane Sensitive Hydrating Care has no fragrance which is great for sensitive skin. It spreads very easily and soaks into the skin very quickly. It makes an excellent base for make up and definitely combats redness. For me personally it caused breakouts. I tried to push through the breakout hoping it would diminish but my skin just did not agree with it and I had to stop using the product after about 2 weeks and go back to my regular moisturizer. I really wanted to love it and give it a long, fair test period but unfortunately it contains one of my acne triggers.
I would definitely recommend this to someone who isn't sensitive to products containing niacinamide, or who has sensitive skin that isn't acne prone. It is great at diminishing redness and I definitely noticed a difference in the redness of my cheeks while using this product. It is a nice light moisturizer but I did not find it to be as hydrating as I like. It would probably be best for someone with oily or combination skin, but likely isn't hydrating enough for dry or dehydrated skin. It would also be a great option for an AM moisturizer for before SPF and make up.

The Knorr Chipotle Chicken Brown Rice & Quinoa One Skillet Meal is a really great packaged dinner product. I love how it shows very clearly on the front of the package what you need to create the meal. The packaging itself is very appealing as well - it's attractive and grabs your attention right away. The list of ingredients is really great, very simple and natural.
I like to cook chicken in my electric pressure cooker and shred it so I always have cooked chicken ready to go in my freezer. It worked perfectly for this dish and saved even more time. The whole thing was ready in 30 minutes! The rice and quinoa cooked perfectly, it wasn't runny and it didn't stick to the pan. For a vegetarian option you could easily substitute the chicken for black beans.
The dish was nicely spiced and seasoned. The rice and quinoa were cooked perfectly and the chicken stayed moist and tender. It was perfect for my husband and I but definitely too spicy for our kids. We enjoyed it for dinner and my husband had it for lunch the next day and said it was good cold too!
Next time I try this I would like to experiment with adding different things - onions, other peppers, black beans etc. It would also make an excellent burrito filling. This was a great product and I am excited to try other Knorr skillet meals!

The first thing I noticed about the Knorr Selects Roasted Garlic Alfredo side was the ingredients list - it's SUPER minimal. I do use a lot of packaged side dishes and quite often the ingredients list makes me feel a bit guilty because it's long, and contains a lot of preservatives and things of that nature. This was all natural, simple ingredients. It was really refreshing to see on a packaged side.
The preparation was a little different than other packaged rice dishes. It's boiled in milk and butter without the lid on and thickens as it cooks. With other rice sides I almost always end up with either too much liquid or the rice sticks to the bottom so being able to stir as it cooked was nice. I smelled the garlic right away and you can see the little pieces in the mix - which is awesome for a garlic lovers such as myself!
Once cooked this is almost more of a risotto. It's very creamy and gooey in a good way. The cheesy taste and consistency was very impressive and not at all like a typical rice side. It was very rich and while the rice was soft I didn't find it mushy at all. It was the perfect accompaniment to our grilled sirloin and asparagus dinner. I'll definitely be looking for these at the grocery store and stocking up during sales!

"The CeraVe in the tub" is probably the most widely recommended facial moisturizer for people with sensitive and break out prone skin. It is packed with ultra moisturizing ingredients with no fragrance or other typically irritating ingredients. It is very thick and creamy but spreads easily and soaks into the skin very nicely.
I have a horrible time with moisturizers and decided to try this because it always gets great reviews and ringing endorsements from others with sensitive skin. I was able to find it in a small tube for about $8 which was a relief to me as a tub is about $20 and I didn't want to spend that if it was going to break me out. My skin seems to be A OK with it so I will definitely be repurchasing in the larger size :)
This cream is fine under make up but if you're oily then it may be better as a night cream as it's definitely not mattifying at all. My skin is normal/combination and I find it fine for AM and PM.

Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque is a pretty widely recommended facemask and after trying it out I can see why. It's super affordable and has great skin purifying and clearing ingredients such as kaolin and bentonite clay as well as sulphur for acne. The smell is super minty, very fresh and clean. My face felt very clean and smooth after using it, and my acne definitely appeared diminished the next day.
This product does contain parabens as well as fragrance so it may not be suitable for sensitive skin. The clay and sulphur can also be drying so it's best as an occasional facial treat, especially if your skin is on the dry side. I love it on my combo/acne prone skin once every week or 2. I've heard people say it's an inexpensive alternative to the Supermud Clearing Treatment and I agree!

I enjoy vodka and soda with a little bit of flavour, but the extreme sweetness of most coolers is too much for me. Social Lite Lime Ginger is a refreshing change from the average syrupy pre mixed cocktail!
This drink is very fresh and clean tasting and the lime ginger flavour is interesting but not overwhelming or overbearing. Social Lite is not sweetened at all so it doesn't have the sickly sweet taste of most cooler drinks or the high calories. The cans are a perfect size for a drink.
My only criticism of this product is that it's rather pricey for a 4 pack. As so often seems to be the case, the products with the least ingredients seem to cost the most. I will definitely pick these up from time to time though as the fresh taste and sugar free formula are worth a little splurge.
