These things are not very absorbative, I use them when I have no more regular pantiliners left or when I'm using super narrow undies and a regular pantiliner would cut into my skin.

I've had dandruff for so long and haven't been able to enjoy using normal shampoo because I've been wasting my time using head and shoulders for my dandruff. When I found out they use silicone and it isn't a solution, I used this and started noticing changes even after two washes!!! Highly recommended!!! -

I've been using head and shoulders for a long time to try and get rid of my dandruff, and nothing worked. I thought I was doing wrong. Turns out silicone is not great for hair in general and I makes it greasy ultra fast, not to mention sticky.
