If you haven't tried any acne patches before, this is the one to try. I like how it's a triangle shape as opposed to the typical small dot shape that other brands make. This makes it easy to use on large blemishes without having to stick multiple patches on. I used this on pimples in the evening before bed and find that the pimples shrank when I wake up in the morning. It would require multiple days of use for bigger pimples. It's less messy compared to applying acne creams to each pimple and doesn't feel as harsh on the skin.

This is the first time I've used an electric hair remover and was impressed at how easy it was to use compared to trying to pluck every single hair I can see while standing close up to a mirror or using waxes that are messy and painful to use.
This device is pretty compact in size. It's a bit bigger than a lipstick. It comes with an AA battery and a little brush to clean hairs off of the double ring head.
Overall, this is a great device when you need to quickly remove some facial hairs during your morning routine when you're on the go. I use this on a cleaned face, without any face products on.
When you turn it on, it's not too loud. There's a light to help you see fine hairs but I found it didn't really help. I just go over an area several times until I feel that the hair's been all removed. I like that the head contours around your face and that it's gold plated. It removes hair by trimming it close to the skin, not by pulling them out, therefore minimizing skin irritation.
This is good for your face, forehead, around the lips and chin, but wished it would work for my eyebrow area, which requires a more precise device.
Downside is that you do have to go over the area several times in back and forth or circular motions while holding your skin tight and the head feels slightly warm if you use it for longer than a few minutes. All in all, this device will be my go-to as I prefer it over waxing or plucking.

This primer is silicone free and doesn’t leave my skin feeling oily and didn't make me breakout like some other brands I've used. I was already a fan of this brand and love that they came out with a primer that is also great for the skin with adaptogens. This light citrusy scented primer has a clear jelly-like consistency that quickly melts into the skin. It gives a blurring effect that made my pores less visible, skin less oily, and gave my foundation a smooth, well blended look. I use this after my moisturizer, a little goes a long way. My makeup stayed put, even after several hours, which would normally come right off if I was using another brand of primer. Definitely would recommend this primer if you're looking for a silicone free primer with great skin benefits!

This is the first time I've tried a pimple patch, and boy, was I amazed at how well this product performed. Each clear patch is a decent size at over 1 cm wide, so they provide quite the coverage to help quickly shrink any zit that comes your way.
Instructions say to leave it on for 6 to 8 hours, so I feel it's best to let the hydrocolloid patch work its magic overnight. It didn't irritate my skin when I left it on longer, so that's a bonus. I was impressed with the stickiness of the patch as I'm a messy sleeper and was worried that it would peel off like a bandaid.
I wouldn't recommend using it under makeup, though, as makeup makes the patch noticeable on your face.
Overall, I would recommend giving these pimple patches a try if you're suffering from pimples and want a quick fix to give you that boost of confidence. I wish they had these when I was high school, back when I had a ton more acne! I'm glad that now I get them less frequent and have hero mighty patches to the rescue.

First off, I want to say how pretty this shiny silver and purple container is! Only downside is I wish there was more of a spout at the pump so that the product doesn't get all over the container.
I love the idea of the 3 different serums in its 3 separate compartments that only come together when you dispense the product which apparently maintains the formulas high potency in aiding skin quality, targetting wrinkles and dark spots. This serum is formulated with creamy hyaluronic acid & linseed extract, an emulsion of vitamin c & niacinamide and gel-like like ferulic acid which is an anti-oxidant that aids in the absorption of vit c and is safe for those pregnant or breastfeeding!
My thoughts on the serum? First upon application, the serum feels abit greasy and heavy like a sunscreen, however, that feeling goes away once you rub it in, which is great as I have abit of oily skin type, and you're left with your skin feeling hydrated and plump as well as a smoother, bright complexion. I feel like you can just use this serum on its own without having to follow up with a face cream as it's super moisturizing.
I haven't tried this long enough to see a difference on my darkspots but I'm looking forward to seeing if it would actually lighten my darkspots as the package claims.
I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a multi-purpose, all-in-one anti-aging product with powerful ingredients and don't mind the higher price tag which is worth it as you won't need to buy several products to target the same skin care concerns!

The balm is thick in consistency, unscented, and a little goes a long way if youre applying it on your face. If you apply too much, it will give a white cast, which you have to rub and wait for it to dry to disappear. I think this balm would also be amazing to soothe, nourish, and hydrate super dry hands, especially during the harsh Canadian winters! -

The Aveeno Calm + Restore PHA exfoliator is exactly what I've been looking for as it uses PHA, which is perfect for breastfeeding moms as it doesn't get absorbed into the skin like AHAs and BHAs do. It has a slightly runny milky consistency, non-forming, and scentfree, which I love. It leaves my skin feeling clean and hydrated without the irritated, overdrying, tight feeling. It doesn't sting like traditional chemical exfoliators do and doesn't leave my skin flaky. If you want to feel extra clean, I would recommend using a face wash to remove excess oils prior to using the exfoliator. -

I'm so lucky to have been chosen to review this dry shampoo. With being a new mom, it's almost impossible to find time to take a shower with a crying baby, let alone wash my hair. This dry shampoo made it so easy to prevent my hair from looking oily, which usually happens the day after I shower as I have oily type hair.
This was perfect, and it was so easy to use. You spray it into your hair before bed, and works its magic as you sleep. Voila, when you wake up, your hair is amazing and ready to go.
I've tried several other dry shampoos, and I would have to say that this is my favourite. It's lightweight and doesn't weigh down my hair, so it keeps that oily hair feel away all day long.
The scent was not overpowering like some other brands. It smelt like a hint of sweet vanilla musk, and that's it.
I also love that this dry shampoo is made with some natural ingredients like rice starch, charcoal and baking soda. Looking forward to keeping this in my bedtime routine, and if you haven't tried this yet, you should give it a try!
