I don’t actually wear a lot of makeup very often, due to sensitive skin and whatnot, but for the times I do put some makeup on, this Micellar Cleansing Water is amazing for getting that makeup off my face effectively, without messing with my skin’s sensitivities and triggering my psoriasis. Plus, it smells great! For the price point and the amount that’s in the bottle/container it comes in, it’s my go-to for makeup removal. Highly recommend! -

This lotion is my absolute favourite! I have psoriasis, and it’s really hard for me to find creams or lotions that are effectively moisturizing without being heavily scented or including harsh chemicals that tend to aggravate & trigger my psoriasis. But this lotion is perfect and I love it!!! It’s the only lotion I can comfortably use. It’s lightweight but very moisturizing, it absorbs really well, I love that the scent isn’t overwhelmingly strong and that I can use it from head to toe. The fact that it’s Vaseline-based is fantastic. I’d recommend this to everyone, but especially to those with sensitive skin, over & over & over again! 10/10. -

The Dove Beauty Bar is literally an essential staple in my household. I rely on this soap every day and use it constantly, and it’s the only soap that doesn’t totally destroy my hands. I have psoriasis and my skin is extremely sensitive, but this soap bar is perfect. It lathers well and gently cleanses, it’s wonderfully moisturizing, and it has a nice mild scent. I even use this on my face, as a cleanser, because it’s gentle but effective enough for that purpose as well. Best soap ever!! -

I have a decent amount of post-acne scarring, and was really excited to try out these Brightening Blemish Patches by Panoxyl. I was able to apply the patches and continue with the rest of my nighttime skincare routine before bed, and they were really easy to apply as well as being totally comfortable to sleep with on my skin overnight. I found them very easy to remove in the morning, and it seemed to have brightened the areas I applied the patches to, as well as making those post-acne scars look a little less pitted and deep than they did the night before. I feel like they would’ve been even *more* effective on active acne, and I’m definitely looking forward to using them again during my next active breakout. -

Tylenol Extra Strength Daytime Relief is such a good pain relief product to have on hand. The product contains both acetaminophen and caffeine (a known pain relief aid), and is an effective pain reliever option for mild to moderate pain relief. The tablets are very easy to swallow, although the taste of the coating isn’t the greatest. As a chronic pain girly, this is a great option for my mild to moderate pain days and for my frequent headaches, and it doesn’t make me drowsy thanks to the caffeine - which is perfect for when I have errands to run or things to do and need trusted pain relief quickly. Perfect to have around the house, and the bottle is small enough to carry with me on the go if needed. Also very affordable. Definitely recommend! -
