Wow! What an awesome surprise! From the outside of this strip mall, it doesn't look like much but inside, this place is huge!! Everything is brand new, clean and well layed out...and the staff are amazing!! Run by a team of sisters, they're super...   +

Wow! What an awesome surprise! From the outside of this strip mall, it doesn't look like much but inside, this place is huge!! Everything is brand new, clean and well layed out...and the staff are amazing!! Run by a team of sisters, they're super accommodating, knowledgable and professional. The facilities are great and the power yoga was a really good workout. I hear that the boot camp is a killer too.

So glad this place is in the neighbourhood!!    -
