I visited a M&M;'s Store today in Kingston, ON and by the time I left the store with purchases, I practically knew the entire personal life ie: the staff member's children, where they go to school, other tid bits concerning her personal life, not...   +

I visited a M&M;'s Store today in Kingston, ON and by the time I left the store with purchases, I practically knew the entire personal life ie: the staff member's children, where they go to school, other tid bits concerning her personal life, not cool and unprofessional! Perhaps, in general, staff members should be reminded to keep their personal life to themselves rather than discussing it with M&M;'s customers! Almost walked out...again, unprofessional conduct. This has happened to me at both stores in the city and I certainly do not encourage it!    -
