This mascara is super expensive for a drugstore brand! It retails for $19.99 CAD here. For that price, I can get a mascara from Clinique, UD, etc. It is not a bad mascara and certainly does give some length and darkness to the lashes. For that price though, there are a lot of other drugstore mascaras that does the same job for half the price. The wand is a bit awkward to use as you have to keep your finger constantly on the button to keep the vibrations going. One trick that I figured out in order to avoid the clumpy look that you can get with this mascara is to hold the brush to the base of your lashes first, THEN press on the button. It seems to be a lot more effective that way. -

I really like the dewy look that I am able to get from this foundation. I am not a fan of opaque, cakey looking foundation that gives a flat lifelessness to the skin. I am happy to say that this one does not. It can be medium to heavy coverage depending on how it is applied. I apply it with a dampened sponge to get a very natural looking coverage that hides the redness in my cheek areas. I don't really need to use a concealer with this. It also photographs very well. I got a match in the Medium 2.5 shade for my NC 25 skin. -

Once that's done though, you'll get nice long, black and dense eyelashes. The mascara does have a slight fragrance to it, and some people might not like that. Once the mascara has been on for a while though, the smell disappears. -

This is a wonderful, non-clumpy mascara for very natural, defined looking lashes. I like that the formula is moist, but no so wet as to make your lashes clump together and get the dreaded spider legs look. I don't need to use a lash comb to separate my lashes out once I have put this mascara on. It gives a nice lift and lengthening effect to my lashes, yet still looks completely natural. This is my go to everyday mascara. -
