Horrible. The stylist didn't understand what was described but cut anyway. It was only after the fact that she said she didn't know what she was doing. The hair I'd been growing for almost a year is gone with a slash job left behind and no willingness to do anything useful to repair the damage. Extremely unprofessional.    -
