I first saw these premixed drinks when my husband came home from the LCBO one day. He bought the premixed Ginger Ale drink. I had a sip and loved it. Not only was this drink delicious, but it had the perfect amount of both whiskey and ginger ale in it. This not only saved us time from making the drinks ourselves, but these are so much more convenient to bring with you when you're going to a BBQ, party, etc. What I didn't know was they had not only the Ginger ale premixed drinks, but also cola. I had a chance to try these yesterday when I was sent four premixed drinks to try, two ginger ale, two cola. Both were delicious, the cola a bit more sweet than the ginger ale, but both very tasty. I'll definitely be trying the cola again sometime this Summer and I know for sure my husband will be having their Mixed and Ready Ginger Ale, it's been his go to drink for the last couple of months. -

The Lash Card is a disposable mascara shield that helps prevent mascara clumping and smudging.
Like many girls, I happen to be a little on the obsessed side of things when it comes to mascara. I love wearing it, and lots of it! When I got the chance to review The Lash Card, I thought it was a little pointless at first, why couldn’t I just use a piece of cardstock or something? But let’s be serious, I’m not going to make my own…
When I got it, I noticed that there was already a curve cut-out on either side of the card, one was larger than the other. I found the different sizes of curves to be pretty convenient to fit on my eye to get close to my lashes, since I apply mascara on both my upper and lower lashes. The Lash Card works to keep your eyes free from mascara marks where you might have other make-up around your eye that you don’t want to ruin!
My lashes stay separated, even when applying multiple layers. The only thing I wish was different, is it’s made out of a heavy paper, and is meant to be disposable (they come in a package of ten, individually wrapped in plastic, meant for 1 or 2 uses.). I guess that’s great and all so you can just throw it out when you start to feel it’s getting too yucky to put near your eye, but it’d be cool if they made one out of plastic to wash and reuse. Overall, I find this to be a pretty nifty product that should be in every girls makeup bag!

She never thought a kiss could kill…Samantha didn’t mean to hurt anyone. She was just trying to fit in...and she wanted to make Zee a little jealous after he completely ditched her for a prettier girl. So she kissed Alex. And then he died—right in her arms. Was she really the only person in the entire school who didn’t know about his peanut allergy? Or that eating a peanut butter sandwich and then kissing him would be deadly? Overnight Sam turns into the school pariah and a media sensation explodes. Consumed with guilt, abandoned by her friends, and in jeopardy of losing her swimming scholarship, she’ll have to find a way to forgive herself before anyone else will.
MY REVIEW
I got the opportunity to read “Who I Kissed”. When I read the back Jacket of the book I was pretty doubtful that this would be a book that I would like. After I started reading it…I was HOOKED. This book made me laugh and cry. The story was both heartbreaking and amazing. The story really made me think as well as put myself in other character’s positions and not just in Sam’s. The characters were well developed and made me both love them and even hate them at times. This was a fantastic book, one I’ll remember for a very long time. From now on there won’t be any judging books by their covers.

Ten years ago, Lorelei's parents disappeared without a trace. Raised by her grandparents and leaning on the support of her best friends, Lorelei is finally beginning to accept the fact that her parents are never coming home. For Lorelei, life goes on.
High school is not quite as painful as she thinks it will be, and things are as normal as they can be. Until the day the school's designated loner, Cameron Lusk, begins to stalk her, turning up where she least expects it, standing outside her house in the dark, night after night. Things get even more complicated when a new guy—terrifying, tough, sexy Jared Kovach—comes to school. Cameron and Jared instantly despise each other and Lorelei seems to be the reason for their animosity. What does Jared know about her parents? Why does Cameron tell Jared he can't have Lorelei? And what will any of them do when Death comes knocking for real?
MY REVIEW
Absolutely loved this first installment of this series. I couldn't put this book down. From the characters, the detailed descriptions and how much the story line drew me in, it took me all of two days to finish this. You get into this story and you honestly don't want to put it down because you want to find out what's next, why is this happening, tell me some answers, lol. It gets to where you're literally staying up until two in the morning just so you get to finally read the information about the characters background and what they're all about. I think that might have been the only thing I would have changed from this, to get all the information without having to wait a bit, but I guess it wouldn't be as intriguing if the story just came right out and told us exactly what was going on, this is what made me want more.
I'm anxiously waiting for part two to come out, but seeing how this was an ARC and this book wont be out for another month or so I'll probably be waiting a bit. This was my first time reading anything from Darynda Jones, I'll have to look up her other series because this lady definitely has talent! If you love YA books and are looking for something a bit different that doesn't include a werewolf and vampire you will not be disappointed in this story, I know I wasn't.
Disclosure: All opinions are my own. I received Death and the Girl Next Door at no cost for the purpose of this review. No other compensation was received.

MY REVIEW
I absolutely loved this book. Not only do you receive hair, skin, makeup and nail ideas for you to try at home, you get to see what they really look like on celebrities. This book is perfect for any teen girl or young adult who are looking for new ideas to try out. One thing I loved about the book was that in the back of the book they give you all the page numbers for each different section, like, where you can find all their hair tutorials or nails. The book is filled with A-List celebrities and Seventeen's Beauty Smarties. The book also has the most beautiful elaborate pictures to capture the beauty and ideas for you. This is definitely something I'll be using and my teen niece will be borrowing from me.

Just like the classic version, this remake of The Three Stooges didn't fail me. I'm a big fan of The Three Stooges, have been for years and at first I was a little bit skeptical about how the remake would turn out and if the actors would pull off what the originals did. They did. Not only was this movie funny, but my family and I have enjoyed it and watched it a couple of times since receiving it in the mail. If you are or ever been a fan of the original you need to see Three Stooges and if you haven't this updated version of the classic is a must see just for the actors and the story line as they did an amazing job well done! -

Schick Quattro for Women TrimStyle is the only razor and adjustable 4-length waterproof bikini trimmer in one. It also allows you to get as neat as you like it or as bare as you dare so you feel confident in everything you wear. And with its new pink handle, the TrimStyle razor is the stylish, must-have accessory to get your readers beach-ready.
The TrimStyle has everything you need to get ready for the season, including 4 ultra-thin blades surrounded by an acai and jojoba complex for long-lasting smoothness and an adjustable trimmer that allows you to get the desired look for your bikini area. And it's easy to use- the adjustable trimmer has four length options that let you easily personalize your style.
Absolutely superb product! Talk about a girly gadget! I’ve always loved Schick razors – but this one tops my list because on top of it having a four-blade razor for legs and underarms that gives a super smooth shave, the tail end has an attached water-proof battery-powered (awesome) razor to trim up bikini lines!
Everything you need in one nifty little gadget. It uses one AAA battery (and an Energizer battery is included in the package). It also comes with a detachable comb to accommodate longer trim styles, or remove the comb and “dare to be bare” as their advertisements state :)
I am sincerely impressed with this product…throw this in your overnight bag and you’ll never have to worry about bulking up on trimming products again. You know how every once in a while, a product comes along and you think “why the heck didn’t they think of this sooner?!" Well, THIS is one of those times! Bravo, Schick ;)
Schick Quattro for Women TrimStyle is available at major retail locations across Canada for approximately $11.99. Learn more at schick.ca.

To keep his secrets, all he has to do is listen to the voice in his head and just walk away... On his first day at his new high school, Dan stops a bully from beating up a kid half his size. He didn't want to get involved. All he wants out of his senior year is to fly under the radar. But Dan knows what it's like to be terrorized by a bully-he used to be one. Now the whole school thinks he's some kind of hero, except Julie Murphy, the prettiest girl on campus. She looks at him like she knows he has a secret. Like she knows his name isn't really Daniel.
MY REVIEW
I had the pleasure of reading SEND by Patty Blount. I have to say this story line was really good and very touching. When Daniel first gets to the school he wants to be invisible and not noticed. This quickly fades. The fact that this story touches so many different things that kids are going through today, especially bullying was great and was one of the things that kept me glued to this book because I had to see it to the end. This has the potential that could turn into maybe a short movie that I feel most teens would relate to and would love to watch.
Now, there were some things that were slow and I had hoped that the ending of this book would turn out different, but for the most part I couldn't put this book down because the writing was so good I wanted to see what was happening next. Definitely something I will be passing on to my teen niece and nephew as they are heading into ninth grade this year and could benefit from this.

I love Kelloggs, I've enjoyed most of their products since I was a kid. So when I came home one day to a box filled with Special K Cracker Chips I was excited and intrigued. We received all three flavors, original, cheddar and sour cream and onion. These did not last long in my household. I wish I could say that I got to eat all three boxes to myself, but not at all. I got to try a handful of each box and then a few minutes later after opening each box they were all gone, lol. My kids ate them up like crazy. What I did taste I did enjoy, so that's a plus and I found that out of all three that I had my favorite was definitely Sour Cream and Onion.
I do love that these cracker chips are trans fat free, low in saturated fat and have no artificial flavors or colours, which is a relief since my kiddos gobbled them all down. I also love that for 18 chips it's only 80 calories, which is awesome if you are looking for a nice snack while trying to eat healthy. Definitely not like regular chips, but they are very tasty and enjoyable and are a lot healthier, which makes me happy and not mind that they ate all three boxes within one day, lol.

When I first got Revlon's Crazy Shine Nail Buffer I was a little sceptical that it wouldn't give my nails a nice finish, but it was pretty handy to pull out of my purse when I had a little down time in my day to use. I liked that it gave my nails that deep wet look with out the added time of letting nail polish dry. It faded a bit after washing my hands and applying lotion. But overall, I like this product. -
