I drank this after a workout and it definitely helped me out with the soreness. This is great if you need some protein in your life. Quick to drink and easy for on the go. It was smooth tasting and easy to drink. I would purchase this again. I have seen it once or twice at costco and always wanted to try it so glad i got the opportunity too! I would recommend it to a friend. It kept me full for atleast 2 hours even though it is not recommended as a meal replacement. The smell is kind of unusual but not too bad. I got it free from chickadvisor to try out. -

It makes me full for atleast 3 hours. the chocolate taste is my favourite, mix it in with milk for a more tastier protein shake. I see a bit of difference towards myself getting thinner,, but preferably use this as just a meal replacement. I love how you can mix water with it too and still tastes great. It doesnt leave clumps and is a smooth shake. definitely recommend -
