I would recommend to any to drink green tea because of the health benefits. This one I particularly enjoy because of the fruity flavour, if you don't like the bitterness of tea this is perfect for you. I drink a cup every morning.

Feels a little sticky on the skin but you get used to it. Overall this has reduced the textured bumps on my skin although they are not fully gone after using this product for almost 8 months. Chemical exfoliant is much better than physical exfoliant though so I would recommend. It is gentle enough and low enough In concentration to use everyday. You get a lot for the price and after 8 months I still have 1/8th on the product left. -

It is a little sticky/slimy so I recommend patting into the skin rather than rubbing. -

Don’t hesitate to buy this. The price is amazing. I never thought that what I was missing in my routine was deep moisture retainment. My skin always feels so soft and smooth after using this and after the first week some of the textured bumps I had were reduced. Apply while skin is still wet for best results. -
St. Ives® Skin Renewing Collagen Elastin Body Lotion
This is a very affordable product. Saw it at the store for like $4 and it’s a good size. Makes my skin very supple and smooth. Not greasy and absorbs well into the skin. Definitely try it out since it’s so cheap.

It felt like my hair actually got oilier after I used this product?! It did, however, make my hair smell good and got rid of that greasy smell. I liked the scent and the aerosol spray came out evenly. Overall, I wouldn't buy it again but since it was on sale for only 3.50 I tried it. -

I received this product free for testing purposes as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I would say that after one use my roots and scalp were moisturized and I did not notice the usual white flakes. Although, I would say that the conditioning part of the product did not suffice as the length of my hair was pretty dry afterwards, this could be due to it being a 2-in-1 product. I would normally concentrate the conditioner to my ends, but I used this product mostly for my scalp. For continued usage of this product I would go a step further to condition after shampooing because my hair still felt a little dry. But I would recommend this for a dry scalp and dandruff. -
