I’ve been lucky enough to try Premier Protein Vanilla Shakes (via the product review club) and I actually love them. They’re obviously super convenient and portable and the macros are amazing. The Vanilla flavour is less sweet than the Chocolate shakes and was my least favourite of the two, but still better than a lot of vanilla whey powders I’ve tried. With only 1g of sugar and 30g of protein I drank a shake right after weight sessions and felt great afterwards. I’d recommend these to anyone active or anyone who’s looking for a good and good-tasting source of protein. -

I’ve been lucky enough to try Premier Protein Chocolate Shakes (via the product review club) and I actually love them. They’re obviously super convenient and portable and the macros are amazing. The Chocolate flavour is rich and sweet. With only 1g of sugar and 30g of protein I drank one shake right after a weight session and felt great afterwards. I’d recommend these to anyone active or anyone who’s looking for a good and good-tasting source of protein. -

I got to try these Good & Simple cranberry and orange flax bars today (c/o the Review Club) and I'm so happy with them. Cranberry and orange has always been a favourite flavour combo and Good & Simple have done really well with these delicious bars. The texture is chewy but not too soft and they don't fall apart too easily. They are individually wrapped which makes them very portable. I will definitely be buying these bars (and maybe some of the other flavours) again. Definitely recommend these! -

I tried these Good & Simple chocolate chip oatmeal muffins for the first time today (c/o the Review Club) and I really liked them. The balance of oatmeal and chocolate makes for a sweet but substantial snack that doesn't feel like junk food. They're individually wrapped which is nice because it makes them more portable and I can totally see myself taking these to the gym or work. Definitely recommend. -

Cheer detergent has been the only product I'll use to wash my clothes for years. I frequently find it on sale in drugstores here in Canada which makes the product even more worth the price. My wardrobe consists of a lot of bright, colourful, and light fabrics with a few dark black pieces. Even cheaper clothing items have kept their shape and colour over the years using Cheer and I feel totally confident throwing my whole colourful laundry pile into one energy efficient machine with the minimum recommended amount of detergent. The few times I've been forced to resort to other brands of detergent there was a noticeable difference in softness and colour - never again. -

I use coconut oil to remove my eye makeup as it's cost-effective and really takes everything waterproof off. I also put 1-2 tablespoons in my curly hair as a detangling treatment for a few hours before showering and there's nothing else that detangles and moisturizes as easily. -

I recently purchased this moisturizer on a whim because it was less expensive than similar women's products. This product is completely scentless and alcohol-free which is great. It's very smoothing and moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling soft all day and night without needing to re-apply. It also works really well under makeup but doesn't leave my skin feeling sticky or greasy. I'd definitely recommend this moisturizer (for men or women!) and will be repurchasing it often in the future. -

I love the bright pink packaging and feel like this product will last a long time as a little goes a long way. Definitely recommend. -
